I’m a picture book author who lives in Ann Arbor, MI, with my husband and our teenage son. I write in a purple office with a “Create with Joy” sign on the wall or on my deck surrounded by trees.
I’m happiest outside. I love hiking, biking, paddleboarding, kayaking, cross-country skiing and snow shoeing. I adore travel and have been (so far) to 30+ countries. I’m also passionate about speaking and studying languages.
I’m a lifelong reader and writer, who previously worked in marketing and communications. I now focus on writing for children, which is much more fun!
